ModLister is a mod & website combination targeted at enabling users to share their mod lists for Minecraft in a convenient and aesthetic way. Aimed at YouTubers and Livestreamers, ModLister uses a simple mod installed along with your other Minecraft mods, which will send the list of mods installed to be shown on the website.
ModLister will always show the last configuration you have run it with, but also provides the option of storing packs you have installed in the past. Users have the option of adding their social links to ModLister, including but not limited to, YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, etc. ModLister is also capable of showing if you are currently actively running the game/server, with an optional opt-out option in the configuration file.
Any issues can be reported via GitHub.
You can contact us on the EsperNet IRC in the #ModLister channel.

Information we collect; how we use it
On the web end, IP addresses are stored for a short time for flood protection purposes. On the mod end, your Minecraft in-game name and UUID is collected, as well as your option to allow us to show if you are active in-game/have the server running ("activity tracker"), Minecraft version, your currently active mod list, including Mod Name, Mod Version, Mod Authors (if available), Mod URL (if available) Mod file md5 checksum (if available), and information you provide us via the configuration file.
We use the in-game name and UUID to retrieve your skin from your Mojang profile via Mojang's public API. The activity tracker is used to show on your user/server page to show if you are currently running the game/server. Minecraft version is to show what version of Minecraft are the mods for. The currently active mod list as well as information you provide us are used to detail your user and pack pages.
If you have any questions about our use of your data, contact us on EsperNet IRC in the #ModLister channel.
